The LakelandWebs Project
The LakelandWebs project operates by providing very focused websites aimed at specific areas of the Cumbrian landscape. In order to join the project you need to have a business or service that deals directly with one or more of these areas, or provides a product or service that is directly relevant to those people who visit these areas.

Currently we have lakelandweb sites in the following areas

Langdale

Wasdale

Eskdale / Muncaster

Buttermere / Crummock

Coniston

How it works

Each member business joins the site most local to them , there business is then indexed on that site and on any other site where they are relevant.

Each member gets equal exposure on the LakelandWebs network

No one member can buy extra advertising space

Each member will receive the marketing material provided.

If as a member you do not have your own website the lakelandWebs will provide you with one, which is yours and also available outside the Lakelandwebs network ( ie you get your own www address), this site is yours for the duration of the membership
